Season Membership Agreement

FC Naples USL LLC (the “Club”) provides the following Season Ticket Agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement applies to FC Naples Season Ticket Memberships (each a “Membership” and together the “Memberships”). A Member’s breach of any provision of this Agreement automatically terminates the license and benefits provided by the Membership.
Definitions
- “FC Naples” means the professional United Soccer League (“USL”) team operated by FC Naples USL LLC.
- “Member” or “Holder” means an individual or entity who has purchased or is in possession of a Membership.
- “Season” means a single regular season of the Club for which a Membership is purchased, as determined by the Club’s League. A Season includes pre-season and excludes post-season matches.
- “League” means USL Championship or USL League One, and “Leagues” means both.
- “Venue” means Paradise Coast Sports Complex, including its stadium and all surrounding parking areas, pedestrian plazas, entryways, and other ancillary areas.
- “Written notice” means any written communication from the Member stating that they do not wish to renew, including an email to tickets@fcnaples.com, a written message to the Member’s account executive, or the Club’s opt-out form, received by the Club no later than the renewal date.
Membership benefits
Membership benefits as of the date of this Agreement are summarized below and are subject to change without notice.
- All FC Naples regular-season USL home matches
- First right to purchase the same seats for any FC Naples home match outside the 20 matches included in the Membership, in any competition
- The ability to purchase additional tickets at a discount before the public on-sale and throughout the Season
- Invitations to special events and experiences
- A member gift (varies each Season)
- A member discount at the team store
- The ticket transfer program
- Priority access to events at the Venue
Payment terms
By purchasing a Membership, the Member joins the FC Naples Season Ticket Membership program, which renews every year under the payment terms below.
Payment plan options. Members may select one of the following plans:
- Annual Plan. Pay 100% of the Membership cost in a single payment. Payment for the following Season is processed automatically on the Club’s designated renewal date unless the Member opts out by written notice. Payment may be made by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa credit or debit card.
- Monthly Installment Plan. Pay the Membership cost for the next Season in equal monthly installments, with the final payment in August. Unless the Member opts out by written notice, payments for each new Season begin on the Club’s designated renewal date. Each installment is charged automatically by credit card or ACH.
- Two-Year Plan. By purchasing a Two-Year Plan, the Member agrees to purchase a Membership for the Season following the initial Season covered by the plan. Pricing for that second Season is the rate in effect at renewal for Two-Year Plan Members.
Two-Year Plan early termination. A Member who opts out of the second Season before it begins will be charged an early termination penalty equal to:
- (a) the per-seat savings received for the initial Season compared with the applicable one-year plan rate at purchase, multiplied by the number of seats on the Member’s account; plus
- (b) a $150.00 fee per account.
The $150.00 portion will be applied as a credit to the Member’s account for future FC Naples tickets. The per-seat savings portion is non-refundable and will not be credited toward any future purchase. All penalties under this provision are subject to the same processing fees as Membership payments. Failure to pay the penalty, including processing fees, in full by the due date set by the Club is a breach of this Agreement and may result in loss of all Membership privileges.
Processing fee. All payments are subject to a processing fee.
Late payment fee. Payments are due, without demand, to FC Naples USL LLC on the same calendar date each month as set by the Member’s payment plan start date. If any payment is ten (10) or more days past due, the Member agrees to pay a late charge of $15.00 for general seating or $30.00 for any premium seat, as determined by the Club.
Automatic renewal
By purchasing a Membership for the upcoming Season, the Member agrees that the Membership will renew automatically on the Club’s designated renewal date for the next Season unless the Member gives written notice of non-renewal.
- The Club will send a renewal notice at least forty-five (45) days before the renewal date, stating new pricing, any changes to Membership benefits, and ticketing policies, together with an opt-out form.
- Members who opt out keep their Membership status for the current Season, and all current-Season payments must still be completed.
- If no written notice of non-renewal is received by the renewal date, the Membership renews automatically and the first payment is due under the selected payment plan.
- Any price change will be communicated at least forty-five (45) days before it takes effect.
- Members may select a different payment plan before the renewal date; the change takes effect only once confirmed by the Club.
- Memberships cannot be suspended. If a Member cancels, re-enrollment is subject to availability and then-current pricing and benefits.
By purchasing a Membership, each Member authorizes the Club to initiate credit card, debit card, or ACH payments automatically, without further notice, under the plan the Member selected.
Pay As We Play program
Members in good standing are automatically enrolled in the Pay As We Play program for any home match outside the 20 matches included in the Membership, in any competition. The Club will invoice Members for the same seats held in their Membership. Members may opt out during the designated opt-out period, which will be at least 48 hours. A Member who does not opt out authorizes the Club to charge the payment method on file.
