Both have prior experience with Head Coach Matt Poland which will allow a smooth transition at FC Naples and a shared understanding of expectations and team culture.
Tony Halterman: A Seasoned Shot-Stopper
Halterman has been a stalwart in goal for Chicago House AC. His years of experience brings leadership to the club house and reflexes to the goal that will be pivotal to the team. His standout performances include a crucial double save in stoppage time against Bavarian United during the 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, boosting his reputation as a reliable last line of defense.
Beyond his domestic achievements, Halterman has honed his skills in Europe, with professional stints in Sweden and Finland. His international experience has enriched his goalkeeping skills, making him a formidable presence between the posts.
Reuniting with Coach
Halterman’s signing marks a reunion with Matt Poland, with whom he previously collaborated with both in Finland and at Chicago House AC.

His appearance with the National Team include 14 matches in the CONCACAF Nations League and 4 in the Qatar World Cup Qualifiers, reflecting his experience in high-stakes competitions.
In addition to his international duties, Serrano has also gained valuable experience in the USA soccer scene, including time with LA Force and Chicago House AC. While at Chicago House AC, he played under Head Coach Matt Poland.
