If you haven’t created an account, sign up using the email you used to purchase tickets.
Download your ticket as a PDF or save it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access.

🚪 GATES & ENTRY INFORMATION

Gates Open: 5:30 PM
Fans can enter through any of the open stadium gates.
Each gate has a bag check line and a no-bag lane (fastest option).

🚫 Re-entry is NOT permitted. Once scanned in, you cannot leave and return.

🎒 BAGS & ENTRY POLICIES

Clear Bag Policy: Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 6” must be clear.
Permitted items: Small clutches, infant care bags, and medical bags (subject to screening).
Beach towels & blankets (for Beer Garden seating) are allowed but must be 30” x 60” max and unfolded at security. Beer garden access is only for fans with tickets in the beer garden, sections 4-8 and interior suites

Location: 3920 City Gate Blvd N (at The Cove).
To avoid delays, coordinate with your driver before arrival.

🍻 SEMINOLE CASINO HOTEL BEER GARDEN & PREMIUM AREAS

Beer Garden: Access is only for fans with beer garden tickets and fans with tickets in sections 4-8 & interior suites.
Party Deck: Exclusive to Party Deck ticket holders—not accessible to interior suite guests.
Suites: Interior suites are only for those with suite tickets (not valid for Party Deck access).

🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS

For safety and security, these items are NOT allowed:

❌ Umbrellas
❌ Water bottles (all kinds)
❌ Seatbacks & cushions (except those in designated sections)
❌ Strollers

🚨 NO PETS are allowed inside the stadium.

Food & Beverage: Full concessions, including adult beverages, available throughout the stadium.
Merchandise: Available at three locations:
- West Concourse Tent: (Behind the Grandstands)
- Seminole Casino Hotel Beer Garden
- South-West Corner: (Near Concessions)

💳 CASHLESS VENUE

FC Naples is a card & mobile payments-only venue. We accept credit/debit cards and mobile payments at concessions, parking, and merchandise stands.

🎟️ TICKET BOX OFFICE

Location: The Cove (north of the stadium).
Open: 5:00 PM on game day for same-day & future ticket sales.

🚬 SMOKING POLICY

FC Naples Stadium is a smoke-free venue. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited inside the stadium.

📜 FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to providing a positive and memorable experience for all fans. Prohibited behaviors include:

Illegal activity
Disruptive behavior
Hateful language or imagery
Interfering with the match
